We offer a low-cost live e-training session showing you how to use the Carbon Assessor application to gather and analyse your building portfolio energy/carbon data.

How does e-training work?

The duration of a typical session is 90 minutes and consists of a live online lecture supported by training notes. Following each session, there will be an opportunity to ask questions.

How much does each session cost?

The training session costs £100 plus VAT per person.

In this session you will be shown how to use the new Carbon Assessor tool - an online facility developed by IES and Davis Langdon to help organisations comply with the new Carbon Reduction Commitment legislation which came into force this year.

During the training, you will be shown the various levels of access, and what these roles entail (Consultant, Portfolio Manager and Building Manager). You will be shown how to add buildings to your portfolio, assign or add building managers, and upload metered / measured energy consumption to the Carbon Assessor. The session will also focus on managing your data: setting up custom filters, using the Portfolio Review section, and interpreting the output data.

The Carbon Assessor training will ensure that you have the skills to manage the carbon footprint of an entire organisation and make future plans for reducing carbon emissions and driving down energy bills.
